Research Associate Sofi Sinozich is a graduate of Columbia University, with a BA in Political Science and Statistics. Her research interests are American politics, applied statistics and modeling and survey methodology. She has experience with both traditional regression techniques and modern data mining and visualization methods.
Sinozich interned for the Pew Research Center in the politics project, where she assisted with questionnaire development, survey analysis, and data management. Before that, she was a JPSM Junior Fellow at the Bureau of Justice Statistics, where her work included co-authoring the special report “Rape and Sexual Assault Victimization Among College-Age Females, 1995–2013.” She is the former editor-in-chief of the Columbia Undergraduate Law Review and copy chief of the Columbia Political Review.
