Our qualitative projects are carefully designed to produce deeper understanding of complex attitudes and experiences. Some are standalone studies, some designed to inform survey questionnaire development and some to follow surveys, exploring the “whys” behind the quantitative “what.”
Still other qualitative research is accomplished alongside survey research, with embedded open-ended questions collecting respondents’ thoughts in their own words.
We engage in thematic analysis to identify, analyze and describe themes within the data. Our reports distill lengthy transcripts into intelligible summaries, while providing rich detail and capturing nuance.
As with our quantitative work, our approach to each step of the qualitative research process is tailored to the research question and each client’s needs and interests. In all cases, we are fully dedicated to producing methodologically sound, insightful research.
